Cliched throughout but honestly not a bad watch. Christopher Smith is a skilled enough storyteller to pull through an engaging narrative despite the script's lack of inspiration. Of course it doesn't hurt that the legendary Tim McInnerny brings a scene-stealing mix of pathos and bathos to the table. At one point he recites Hamlet in a swamp while on hallucinogens and it is a genuinely moving scene. Weird,but thank you.
