October 2026 Horrors!!

I hadn't seen this movie since high school but my son was interested and really who am I to stand between a boy and a Sumatran rat monkey? This movie hasn't lost an ounce of its blood-soaked, hyper-active charm and having only seen it before my formative horror-watching years I never put together just how indebted it is to Sam Raimi. Jackson's energy is as infectious as the zombie plague spreading through the movie's world and by the film's end you can't help but be carried off by its goofy sense of humor.
