October 2026 Horrors!!

"Now, I supply what you demand; you're responsible, too."

After its visually engaging opener, which reminded me a lot of It's Alive, this one eases into a measured plot about political corruption and environmental concerns that would have completely dragged if the tone didn't take a WILD turn about halfway through. I was so caught off-guard I had to pause the movie to catch my breath from laughing so hard. I evenclipped the scene to sharebc, well, it represents everything I love about these old horror movies.

As much fun as I had watching this, it is a shame it didn't have a proper budget for the monster. With a little more razzle dazzle to convince the audience, this would have been a different class of movie.
