October 2026 Horrors!!

Gorgeous sets and a dream-like atmosphere mark this one. Bava's use of mannequins and cluttered workspaces prevail and there's this ooooone scene where the protagonist runs a guy over in her car, then backs up over him, then runs over him again, then backs up, and again... and the whole sequence is brutal to the point of hilarity because the camera makes certain the audience knows this guy died the first wheel over but just keeps going.

This movie is worth watching for a lot of reasons but that scene is definitely one of them.
